Millions have flocked to Twitter to express their discontent after Spotify and Discord both appear to be down.
People are reporting that opening the Spotify app on mobile leads to a log in flow, but even the correct username and password results in a failed attempt to in fact log in.
On March 8, 2022, several users complained that their Spotify had been down due to which they had been logged out of the app and were asked to reset their password when they tried logging in.
This is not the first time that users have experienced this problem and like every other time, they decided to head to Twitter and express their disappointment.
Meanwhile, there were others who thought it would be best to share some memes that would describe their feelings in a better manner.
USERS COMPLAIN THEY WERE LOGGED OUT OF THE APP
Spotify did confirm that they are experiencing some problems with the app. However, they failed to provide an exact reason.
Their recent tweet read: “Something’s not quite right, and we’re looking into it. Thanks for your reports!” While the app has not responded directly, it is most likely a glitch that might take a few minutes or hours to get fixed.
IS THERE ANY INFORMATION ON WHEN THE APP WILL BE BACK UP?
Unfortunately, Spotify has not provided any new information regarding why the app is down. Several users have been getting a notification that suggests they might have to change their password.
However, we would suggest you don’/t do that. Given that the app is down for many people, it is best to wait until it is fixed and then try to log back in. Until that happens, we hope you enjoy some memes below.
