Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears sued for alleged child p0rn0graphy and s€xual harassment:
Famous comedians, Tiffant Haddish and Aries Spears are making headlines on the electronic and social media right now for a new sparked controversy featuring them. They are both facing a very serious accusation.
The accusation against them regards their field of work which is making skits and plays. Even though allegedly it took place a long time ago but the accusers were minors back when it happened and that’s why they’re claiming to take action now.
Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears case explained:
Both Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are facing a legal lawsuit right now which is filed against the Jane Doe and her younger brother John Doe. Jane Doe is a 22-year old woman who has taken to the court in order to get justice for herself and her younger brother Joe Doe who still happens to be a minor.
Jane and Joe Doe have claimed in their lawsuit that Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears assaulted them s€xually when they were both minors. Two seperate events of alleged s€xual harassment have been mentioned in the filed lawsuit.
Alleged sexual harassment incidents explained:
The first alleged incident in the lawsuit victimized the elder sister Jane Doe, who is also the legal guardian of her younger brother right now. Jane doe claimed that she was forced to mimic fellatio back when she was only 14 years old.
Emphasizing the horrendous effect of alleged s€xual bullying with them, Jane accused the comedians of stealing their youth.
” _Haddish and Spears took advantage and stole the youth of a 7-year-old child and a 14-year-old child.”_
The lawsuit also claims Haddish and Spears to be their longtime family friends and that the two siblings knew the comedians through their mother, who happened to be their friend.
The second incident in the lawsuit describes s€xual exploitation of Jane’s younger brother, John who was only 7-year old when Tiffany and Aries coerced him into featuring in a skit which was s€xually explicit.
John was allegedly stripped n@ked before being forced to have 0il massaged over his b0dy wearing only underwe@r.
The plaintiffs have accused the comedians of giving them a permanent childhood trauma and anxiety and mental health issues.
Haddish and Spears attorney’s take on lawsuit:
The attorney of comedians has come forward in defense of their clients.
” Every attorney who has initially taken on her case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down. Now, [she] has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. The two of them will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action .”
Spears lawyer, Debra Opri has also said in a statement that ” He isn’t going to fall for any shakedown.”
However, Jane Doe has confronted the opposition’s attorney by saying they have built their career of representing s€xual abuse cases.
” We are not surprised that Mr. Brettler would attempt to divert the attention away from the legitimate claims filed by my brother and me, to shift the blame and attention to our mother who is not a party to this lawsuit.”
It is also interesting that the alleged video featuring the s€xual exploitation of 7-year old John Doe somehow found it’s way on a funny videos website called “Funny or Die”.
However, it was removed immediately in 2018 when the administrators knew about it’s presence on their website. The film was called ” Through the pedophile’s eyes”
A spokesperson of Funny or Die said in a statement about the scandal:
” Funny Or Die found this video absolutely disgusting and would never produce such content, we were not involved with the conceptualization, development, funding, or production of this video. It was uploaded to the site as user-generated content and was removed in 2018 immediately after becoming aware of its existence.”
