A funeral held at a nightclub stage, it happened for the first time as Rapper Goonew’s body was raised to stand at the stage on his funeral. The Rapper was shot dead and weeks later on 3rd of April his funeral was held at Bliss Nightclub in Washington DC.
Rapper had to be taken to a local hospital immediately and further details regarding his murder are being brought upby PGPD. Rapper’s real name was Markelle Morrow who belonged to the Goonew region. He was found in a parking lot with gunshot wounds in his back after the murderer took his watch.
The Rapper could be seen, in the videos prevailing all over the internet, wearing ripped jeans, sneakers and an Amiri hoodie, with his one hand inside the hoodie. The Rapper’s body was hanged using supports. There were many comments made against such act where a dead body is made to stand on stage and other rappers perform in grief as well as people with their faces covered in masks payed gratitude with their hands swinging with torchlights on.
Some people called the act of such funeral “ Disgusting”. On the other hand fans are frustrated to know the killer of their favourite rapper. Markelle’s has not made any comments on his murder yet, which causes many details to be missing. The police department aims to find the killer soon as the killer is still at large.
Goonew was an emerging Rapper whose only aim was to take his family out of poverty but unfortunately his dreams were stacked away.
