Soon after the video was leaked, it took the social media by storm. Everyone was surprised and shocked to see if such a thing could even happen! The lady all of a sudden got into spotlights of all social media giants like Twitter and TikTok.
Everyone started to search her up and tried to know her whereabouts. In a very short time, she became one of the most searched persons on the internet and social media. Every Netizen seemed to discuss her viral video of sleeping with a dog.
@Veegodess (the lady in the viral video) however wasn’t taking any criticism. She took on to the social media to bash everyone who was judging her for her bizarre act. She said she didn’t hurt anyone and infact she made a massive money out of it claiming she was asked to sleep with a dog by some rich businessman.
“As if it’s a big deal. And mind you I’m not infected or anything. Stop dying on the matter, I’m enjoying the money,” she said.
She went on to say public shouldn’t be concerned about her video as she isn’t infected and is enjoying the money.

However, unexpectedly her statement after the viral video ignited rage in public who thought she first committed a bad act and later tried to justify it. People immediately started to bash her.
The criticism was non-stop. We all know social media. It is a merciless thing. When it starts to appreciate someone it does non-stop, but when it starts to criticize it sees no limits either.
The lady couldn’t bear the public pressure specially from the Nigerian public for too long and later took U-turn after releasing a video in which she publicly apologized for her dirty act with the animal. She claimed it was just a prank.
“Guys I was just catching cruise. I didn’t sleep with any dog. My boyfriend just broke with me; help me to beg my boyfriend. I’m sorry for the video I made, it was purely cruise.” She said.
“I don’t advise someone to be with animals. It was just a prank video, just cruise; you guys know Nigerians and cruise. I apologize to the public, please take my apology.” She added.
Even though she later made a video to clear things with the public but even if it was a prank that doesn’t justify her criminal level abuse with an animal which can’t even speak. She continues to receive massive backlash from Nigerians as we speak.
